Одним из моих новогодних подарков была палетка Vice 4 от Urban Decay! Я её так хотела, каждое фото с ней вызывало щенячий восторг! И цвета казались очень клевыми и уникальными. Она у меня уже больше месяца, и наконец-то я решилась написать отзыв.
One of my holiday presents was this ud Vice 4 Palette! I wanted it sooo badly, I loved every and each photo of it on the Internet and this photos made me unacceptably excited! Shades seemed amazing to me not to mention the packaging. So I got it. I've been using it for over a month now and I'm finally ready to share my thoughts about it.



Первое, что кидается в глаза, это очень красивый дизайн палетки. Она как будто окутана паутиной, которая имеет цвет бензина, разлитого по асфальту, то есть переливается розовым, фиолетовым, синим, зеленым и оранжевыми цветами. Выглядит очень красиво. И, кстати, цвета в самой палетке подобраны в такой же палитре! В комплекте так же идет красивая косметичка и кисточка.
The first thing that gets into your eyes as you look at the palette is it's gorgeous packaging. It looks like a spider web, and the color of it reminds of "oil slick" type of a color, so there are several shades like pink, violet, blue, green and orange that play beautifully under the light. So pretty. And the actual eyeshadow shades are also following the "oil slick" theme! You also get a nice makeup bag with it and a brush.

Если открыть палетку, то можно увидеть гигантское зеркало на все верхнюю крышку. Однако, использовать это зеркало довольно сложновато, т.к. палетка большая, и её неудобно держать в одной руке.
It has a huge mirror. The size of it is the exact size of the lid which is kind of cool. But this mirror isn't that useful to be honest, because the palette itself is really huge and it's hard to hold it with one hand while doing a makeover.

Далее, цвета! Мне нравится, что помимо яркого розового, зеленого и синего, в палетке есть матовый коричневый и нюдовый оттенок для растушевки. Так же, есть довольно светлые цвета на каждый день.
To the colors! I love the fact that it contains not only bright pinks, greens and blues but also pretty neutral colors like matte brown or matte nude. You also get really pretty light colors for an everyday makeup.

Оттенки очень уникальны, вряд ли можно найти наподобии у других фирм. Многие из них дуохромы, и под разным углом выглядят по-разному.
The shades are pretty unique and isn't that easy to find their dupes from other companies. Most of them are duocrome so they change depending on an angle that you look at them at.

На самом деле, я очень долго мучалась с тем, чтобы сфотографировать все цвета, как они есть.

1) Robbery на все веко и Grasshopper как подводка. Можно еще было затемнить уголок, но я поленилась)))
Here are my two of thousands possible eye makeups
Robbery on the whole lid and a cute Grasshopper eyeliner. I should've darken the outer corner but I was too lazy doing it :)

2) Underhand на всё веко + растянула поверх складки и Pandemonium во внешний уголок:
Underhand on the whole lid and blended over the soaked + Pandemonium in the outer corner.

Хочу отметить несколько моментов:
Here're some notes:

1) Цвет Delete на все веко - и получится очень спокойный дневной смоки. Вообще, этот цвет уникальный. Им можно и затемнять уголок при любой палитре оттенков, можно в складку и во внутреннее веко. Очень люблю этот цвет. А ещё, он очень хорошо тушуется и текстура у него очень нежная.
Delete is a very nice matte brown color that looks perfectly fine by it's own, perfect everyday smoky shade. It works very good with any other shades, pretty all of them. It can be used for darkening the soaked line or outer corner and obviously just by itsrlf. I'm in love with this shade. It blends well and has very fine, buttery texture.

2) И по поводу текстуры. Вот как раз Delete, Framed(нюдовый оттенок) и Bitter единственные цвета с такой нежной текстурой. У остальных есть явные блестки и поэтому текстура немного рыхловата. ОСОБЕННО у  Low. Он так уродливо крошится и вот вся моя палетка в пылинках - это как раз от него. Сам по себе цвет красивый, но пользоваться сложно.
Speaking of textures. It seems that Delete, Framed and Bitter are the only shades with the most wonderful and buttery texture in the palette. Other shades have kind of grainy/bumpy texture due to the glitter in them. ESPECIALLY Low! It crumbles very ugly and it already dusted my whole palette with itself. The color is beautiful though, it's just really challenging to use.

3) И вообще, тени сильно осыпаются, лично мне сложно работать. Оттряхивай кисточку, сдувай или с бубном танцуй - всё-равно после нанесения темного оттенка будут неудобства, чтобы аккуратно стряхнуть всё, что опадет на нижнее веко.
Also, these eye shadows have a pretty bad fallout. I find it difficult to use them daily because no matter how hard I try to tap off the excess I end up looking as a panda. Swiping the dust off from underneath my eyes is also very challenging. At least to me.

4) Под эти тени, да и под все тени UD нужна база, на пустом веке цветопередача хуже.
You definitely need eye shadow primer with these. Like, with almost all ud shadows in general.

Она короче и "худее" тех, что идут с палетками Naked, но все равно качественная и удобная.
It's shorter and has less bristles comparing to Naked palettes brushes but still works very well.

Ну что ж, не без изъянов, НО всё равно замечательная палетка. Мне она понравилась намного больше, чем Naked Smoky. Хотя, это может быть потому, что я не самый большой фанат смоки. Так или иначе, палетка заняла свое почетное место и смотрит на другие мои палетки свысока. Еще бы... Стоит она очень даже нехило, и хотя она уже распродана на оф.сайте Urban Decay, я видела её недавно в интернет-магазине Иль де ботэ, так что шанс раскошелится и желающих еще есть.
Ну и традиционно: без неё можно прожить 100%. Но если вы ценители прекрасного и при этом любите косметику, то покупка этой палетки будет ничем иным, а радостью)))

So! The palette isn't perfect BUT still wonderful. I loved it much better than Naked Smoky palette...hm..probably because I don't like wearing smoky eyes. Anyways, the palette is so posh so sassy and expensive that it automatically became absolute Queen of my makeup drawer! And I love her :) However, still...you can easily survive without it in your life. But for all the fellow beauty and makeup lovers - buying this palette will bring you nothing but only positive emotions)))
